A virtual consultation allows you to connect with us from the comfort of your home, learn about our Montessori programs, see our facilities through a video tour, and have all your questions answered by our team.
Virtual consultations are ideal for families who are unable to visit in person due to distance, scheduling constraints, or other circumstances. We are committed to making our programs accessible to all families, and virtual consultations provide a meaningful way to connect and learn about what we offer.
What You'll Experience
During your virtual consultation, we will provide a comprehensive overview of our programs, take you on a video tour of our facilities, introduce you to our team members, and answer all your questions about our Montessori approach, curriculum, and enrollment process. You'll have the opportunity to see our classrooms, materials, and outdoor spaces, and to understand how we support children's learning and development.
Video Tour of Facilities
We will guide you through our facilities via video, showing you our thoughtfully prepared classrooms, authentic Montessori materials, outdoor play areas, and common spaces. This virtual tour allows you to see our environment and understand how it supports children's learning, even when you cannot visit in person.
Meet Our Team
You'll have the opportunity to meet with our director or program coordinator during the consultation. This allows you to learn about our team's qualifications, experience, and approach to Montessori education. You can ask questions about our programs, teaching methods, and how we support children's individual learning journeys.
Program Information
We will provide detailed information about our programs, including age ranges, schedules, curriculum, and daily routines. You'll learn about our Toddler and Casa programs, understand our Montessori approach, and receive information about enrollment, tuition, and the admission process.
Q&A Session
The consultation includes dedicated time for your questions. We encourage you to ask about anything that is important to you—our educational approach, daily schedule, communication with families, policies, or any other topics you'd like to discuss. We are here to provide the information you need to make an informed decision.

Platform: Zoom or Google Meet (we'll send you the link after booking)
What You Need: A device with internet connection and camera (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
Best Time: We offer virtual consultations during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
Preparation: No special preparation needed—just come with your questions! We'll handle everything else.
How to Schedule
To schedule your virtual consultation, please use the booking form below. We'll confirm your appointment and send you the video call link via email. You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time.
After Your Consultation
Following your virtual consultation, we'll send you a follow-up email with any additional information you requested, links to relevant pages on our website, and next steps if you're interested in enrollment. We're also happy to schedule an in-person visit if you'd like to see our facilities in person after the virtual consultation.
