Outdoor Activities

Weather permitting, children enjoy supervised outdoor play and fresh air in our secure, fenced playground area. Outdoor time supports physical development, provides natural exercise, and allows children to connect with nature.

Quiet Activities

Calm, restful activities are always available for children who need downtime after a busy day. Reading corners, quiet games, and peaceful activities allow children to recharge and relax in a supportive environment.

Experienced Staff

Our Extended Care program is staffed by the same experienced, certified Montessori educators who work during regular program hours. This ensures consistent care, familiar faces, and continuity in your child's daily experience.

Early morning arrival with family grouping activities, table activities, and breakfast options. Children enjoy a gentle start to their day with quiet play and social interaction before transitioning to their regular program.

Daily gathering for the National Anthem, fostering a sense of community and national pride.

Extended Montessori work cycle where children engage in self-directed learning with authentic Montessori materials. Open snack time allows children to enjoy nutritious snacks when they feel hungry, promoting independence and self-regulation.

Supervised outdoor play and gross motor activities in our secure playground. Children develop physical skills, coordination, and enjoy fresh air and exercise.

Nutritious, catered warm lunch provided for full-day program children. Children learn table manners, social skills, and enjoy healthy meals together.

Rest time for children who need naps, while others continue with quiet Montessori work cycle activities. This balanced approach respects each child's individual needs.

Washroom routine and hygiene practices followed by a group snack time, providing children with energy for the afternoon activities.

Group circle time with songs, stories, discussions, and community building activities. Children come together to share, learn, and connect as a group.

Afternoon outdoor play and gross motor activities. Children continue to develop physical skills, enjoy fresh air, and engage in active play before transitioning to Extended Care.

Our comprehensive Extended Care program provides engaging activities and continued care for children who need additional hours. This program includes:

• Arts and Movement: Creative arts activities, crafts, and movement exercises that encourage self-expression and physical development
• Story-telling: Interactive story-telling sessions that foster imagination, language development, and listening skills
• Reading: Quiet reading time with access to our extensive library, allowing children to explore books independently or with guidance
• 5:00 PM Snack: Nutritious afternoon snack provided to ensure children have energy for the remainder of the Extended Care program

All activities are supervised by our experienced, certified Montessori educators, ensuring your child receives the same high-quality care and attention throughout the Extended Care hours. Children are ready for pickup at any time during this period.
