Toddlers engaged in Montessori activities

About the Toddler Program

We are honored to offer a Toddler Program thoughtfully designed for children who are naturally ready to explore, move, and communicate. This remarkable period of development represents a time when children are rapidly building language skills, developing independence, and learning to form meaningful connections with their peers in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Within our carefully prepared environment, toddlers are respectfully given the freedom to choose activities that genuinely interest them, while gently learning to honor boundaries and care for their classroom community. Our certified Montessori educators provide expert guidance, ensuring that each child's natural development is supported with patience, understanding, and professional expertise.

Transition to Preschool

When children are developmentally ready (typically around age 3), they transition to our Casa Program. This transition is carefully planned based on each child's readiness, not just age.

Transition Process:

  • Teachers observe and assess readiness
  • Parents are consulted and involved in the decision
  • Gradual transition with visits to preschool classroom
  • Ongoing support during the transition period
