Additional Fees

Registration Fee

Amount: $200.00 (one-time, non-refundable per student)

Due with all enrollment applications. Registration fees do not apply to tuition costs. Returning students are exempt from registration costs.

Late Pickup Fee

Amount: $1.00 per minute after 6:00 PM

Late pickups (after 6:00 PM) will be charged $1.00 per minute, payable upon pick up to the staff in charge.

Extended Hours (BASP)

Grace Period: 15 minutes allowed for drop-offs and pick-ups

Drop-offs prior to 8:30 AM and pick-ups after 3:30 PM (after 15-minute grace period) are subject to BASP charges. See Extended Hours table above for rates.

Family Discounts

We offer family discounts for families with multiple children enrolled.

  • 2nd Child: 2% discount on tuition
  • 3rd and Subsequent Children: 5% discount on tuition

Note: Discounts cannot be combined with full payment discount. Discounts are applied to the lower tuition rate only.

Refund Policy

Registration Fee: Non-refundable once paid.

Tuition Refunds:

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing
  • Important: No withdrawals accepted after January 01 of each year without penalties
  • Refunds are calculated based on the date of written withdrawal notice
  • After program start: Refund calculated on a prorated basis for unused days

Due Dates

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month (September - June) for monthly payments, or in full for lump sum payments. Payments are due at the start of each payment period.

Enrollment Preference

Enrollment preference is given to students attending 5 full days per week. We encourage full-time enrollment for the best Montessori experience.

Receipts

Receipts are automatically generated and available through the parent portal. Tax receipts for childcare expenses are provided annually in February.
